Low Mood + Depression

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was ending, he turned into a butterfly – Proverb

Are You Feeling Low?

Low mood and depression are related conditions which can be characterised by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in activities that were once enjoyable.

While low mood is often a temporary state that may be influenced by specific events or circumstances, depression involves more prolonged and severe symptoms that can significantly impair daily functioning.

I understand that you haven’t always felt like this – and that it’s likely right now it may seem like it’s going to be impossible to feel differently. However, I have consistently witnessed that change is possible and experienced it myself.

How Can Cognitive Hypnotherapy Help?

Click here to see evidence of how effective Cognitive Hypnotherapy can be in treating anxiety and depression.

Please Note: It is always advisable to see your GP first if you think you may be depressed. I regret that I cannot work with bipolar, borderline personality disorder or any psychotic disorders as hypnotherapy is contra-indicated for these conditions.

If your depression is severe or you are having suicidal thoughts please contact your doctor immediately for specialist help.

Low mood or depression can feel overwhelming, but with the right approach, it is manageable.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy offers a unique and effective way to address these conditions by empowering individuals to change their relationship with their thoughts and emotions.

If you’re struggling with low mood or depression, consider exploring Cognitive Hypnotherapy with me as part of your journey towards greater peace of mind and emotional well-being.
